Ultraceuticals RVR90 campaign; using content to boost brand and drive sales
CommsLab sourced real talent across 3 key customer segments (women, men, teens) to create a slice-of-life content series across PR and social. The hero of the campaign, a working mum of 3 and bodybuilder in training, set out to inspire women to achieve their goals. Using the authenticity and emotion of the hero content, we used tightly controlled segmentation and retargeting strategies to drive leads down the purchase funnel. The campaign was integrated across video content, digital display, eDM, social and landing pages.
Outrigger Hotels and Resorts; using social media to drive consideration and share of voice
CommsLab harnessed the high organic reach and engagement of a loyal audience, and devised an integrated digital approach. The goal? To leverage the inherent love of Fiji within ANZ, with the unique personality of the resorts to strengthen their position in the Australian market and the hearts of its Australian Vuvale (family).

We rebuilt the brand’s digital ecosystem with one goal in mind; to SHOW men that we understand their mind, body and spirit, and use this as a lead generator. With a new website as the ‘nucleus’, a robust content strategy and an integrated digital media plan, we saw a sustained spike in traffic and enquiries from day 1. The best bit? It is an iterative and controllable approach that sells without ‘selling’.
